Designed by world-renowned architects with world class facilities and views, it is a fantastic scheme and location for an experienced sales consultant to be a part of. The right candidate will be comfortable selling high-end property to customers and able to drive sales from the start.
The key responsibilities for this role are
- Management of the company's database
- Registering applicants via calls, website enquiries and footfall
- Maintain show home standards and general upkeep
- Agree sales and push through to completion. Provide weekly management reports and updates to line management.
The ideal candidate will ideally have
- property sales experience, ideally within new homes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Motivation to drive sales and take initiative
- Strong negotiations skills
- positive attitudes and be a team player
Salary: Basic up to £26,000 with OTE £45,000-£55,000
