Sales Negotiator - Central London

An amazing opportunity has surfaced to become an on-site New Homes Sales Negotiator in one of London's newest landmarks in the heart of the city. Designed by world-renowned architects with world class facilities and views, it is a fantastic scheme and location for an experienced sales consultant to be a part of. The right candidate will be comfortable selling high-end property to customers and able to drive sales from the start.

The key responsibilities for this role are

  • Management of the company's database
  • Registering applicants via calls, website enquiries and footfall
  • Maintain show home standards and general upkeep
  • Agree sales and push through to completion. Provide weekly management reports and updates to line management.

The ideal candidate will ideally have

  • property sales experience, ideally within new homes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation to drive sales and take initiative
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • positive attitudes and be a team player

Salary: Basic up to £26,000 with OTE £45,000-£55,000
