Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 1 years experience for 9 months maternity cover, with a view to becoming permanent after this time.
You will be working for a market leading medium sized Estate Agency, so will enjoy a great working environment. The successful candidate will be well presented and well spoken, ideally with knowledge of the local area, and hold a full UK driving licence.

- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Delivering exceptional customer service
