We are looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a nationally recognised Housing Association selling across a portfolio of shared-ownership and private new build schemes throughout London and the South East. This company is very forward-thinking and offers the opportunity to work within a very enthusiastic and successful team.
This developer is subsequently seeking an experienced property sales negotiator join them, who preferably understands the off-plan sales process.
- Sell off plan apartments/ new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Weekend work is required
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
- Up to £33,000 basic & Bonus
