A prestigious, worldwide property consultancy firm are seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to work onsite on various schemes around London.
Our client are the agents selling on behalf of the developer. They are very well known and are an excellent company to work for. You would be working alone on site and therefore must be confident and enjoy having responsibility. You need to have extensive knowledge of high-end residential sales, preferably New Homes, in order to oversee sales through from off-plan instructions to exchange.
The ideal candidate should;
- Be able to proactively contact potential buyers of New Homes
- Carry out viewings of the marketing suit as well as use floor plans, miniature models and any other necessary materials to aid sales
- Attend meetings, share information and provide support where required
- Be hard working and motivated
- Want to progress a career within the New Homes industry, particularly in such a reputable company
- Be able to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday (with two days off during the week)
- Have extremely good customer service skills as well as having the ability to hit sales targets
The salary on offer is £25,000 - £27,000 basic with an OTE circa £50,000
