A very well established agency are seeking a new homes sales consultant to join their Residential Development team based in South East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong consultancy who are renowned for developing and training their staff. This role would give the right candidate a very solid platform to build a steady career within the property industry, there is also room for quick progression for the right person.
You will have the opportunity to sell across a large portfolio that consists of luxury, off plan properties from some of London's most impressive developers as well as some boutique, exclusive clients too. You will be covering the whole South East London patch and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of developers.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years' sales experience working within the property industry and will also possess a keen interest in new homes.
You will be dealing with lots of investors and various other buyers and will have a large involvement with overseas clients.
- Selling off plan properties from marketing material
- Booking and conducting viewings of luxury apartments/marketing suits
- Delivering sales through to completion whilst negotiating deals
- Reporting to management and adhering to targets
- Developing skills and knowledge of the new homes market
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- A sound understanding of the property sales process
- Excellent IT skills, inclusive of Excel
- Strong relationships with clients and/or investors is highly desirable
- Well-presented and personable
- Excellent local market knowledge
- Driven, ambitious and company loyal
£20,000 - £25,000 basic + company car + commission OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (there is possible movement on this salary for the right candidate with the desired experience)
