My client is a busy agency working with an exceptionally large client base within the local authority sector who offer a range of services in the local City Council as well as private sector landlords within leasing as well as sub-lets.
They are looking to add to their busy sales team to engage in the full sales cycle including registering & qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, negotiation and closing deals and the usual sales administration.
conducting qualified viewings
registering properties including marketing descriptions
liaising with vendors on a daily basis
database management and identifying potential leads
establish and maintain relationships with tenants & landlord and provide a high level of customer service
Qualifications and experience:
demonstrable sales experience
experience of the London property market
CRM system experience
used to being on the phone
This role could suit those currently working in property client services looking to take a step up but maintain a Monday - Friday working week and want to benefit from further commission and bonuses
Realistic OTE £40,000 (opportunity to exceed this however!)
further bonus for hitting targets
