We are looking for an experienced property sales negotiator based in East London. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable London developer and sell across their schemes. The role will be based in Stratford with the opportunity to earn £38,000 basic salary with a bonus scheme on-top based upon personal and company performance. It is not a commission based role, so as a result, the sales team are less reliant on the market and can focus on sales.
Role specification
- Handling incoming enquiries via telephone and online
- Fully qualifying leads and matching them with the appropriate property
- Negotiate and close deals and manage sales progression
- Sales administration and reporting
- Ensuring all parties are communicated with and up to date
- Ability to sell across multiple developments
Person specification
- Has experience as a Sales Consultant and fully understands the property sales process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence, diplomacy, patience and understanding when dealing with potentially difficult situations
- Able to work in a team or on own initiative
- Diary management
- Well presented
Salary £38,000 plus bonus
