Our client is dedicated to improving the quality and speed of home mover legal services for their estate agency clients.
Due to increased business levels, they are looking to recruit a dedicated Sales Progressor to ensure smooth property transactions, and to based in their Pontefract centre.
The role involves:
•Managing your own case load of property sales at any one time.
•Organising client details and paperwork.
•Carrying out all administrative duties relating to Sales Progression, issuing ldocumentation.
•Updating and maintaining information using the in-house case management system.
•Liaise with all parties concerned on a regular basis, including vendors, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and finance companies, ensuring quick/timely completions.

Enthusiastic and ambitious, with exceptional organisational skills and able to think on your feet, and regard excellent customer service as a priority. You will already have at least two years experience of Sales Progression/negotiations.

•A minimum of 2 years Sales Progression experience.
•Excellent decision making and negotiating skills.
•Strong IT knowledge and fully proficient with Word and Excel.
•A confident and professional telephone manner with a high level of attention to detail.

Basic salary £18,000pa and following a probation period, monthly commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
