My Client, an Online Estate Agency is looking to employ Sales Valuers all across London to run specific regions. You will be self-employed, run your own diary and control your own working hours.
- Conduct Valuations and win Instructions.
- Up sell on products such as Viewing packages, financial services instructions and the use of mortgage advisors.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the selling process.
- Resolve any queries or apprehensions Vendors may have around the Online Estate Agency model.
- Attend every Valuation that is generated in your region.
- Market each property in the various ways that are accessible to you.
- At least one years' experience valuing properties in London.
- A strong track record of winning instructions.
- You must live in or very close to the region put forward for.
- Experience and understanding in the Estate Agency Sales process.
- A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
- Must have your own car and driving licence.

- A tiered basic salary for your first four months starting at £3,000 which reduces month on month.
