ASSISTANT SALES MANAGAER
BASIC SALARY £22,000 -£25,000 OTE £50,000 - £60,000 (uncapped commission potential)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SALES VALUER who is tenacious, driven and committed. You will be responsible for generating market appraisals and converting them into instructions for the office, be able to negotiate a good fee and have outstanding people skills. Our client is a large Independent who are rapidly expanding year on year. They are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial flair. Covering an extensive area, the opportunity to earn excellent commissions is unlimited. The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough.
The skills required for this SALES VALUER role will include:
·Minimum of 2 years experience in valuing and listing property
·Hold a full UK driving licence
