If you’re looking to develop your Estate Agency career, currently working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager, have superior LISTING and INSTRUCTION WINNING skills and live in the Aldershot area, then this Lettings Client Manager position could be for you!
Our client, a highly successful independent Estate Agency are currently looking for a smart, intelligent, punctual and reliable individual who is energetic, charismatic and articulate to fill the role. They are seeking a candidate with exceptional drive and determination: Someone who has listing and valuation experience and local knowledge would be at a huge advantage!
This role offers a strong basic salary plus commission along with the potential to become the Lettings Manager. Previous experience in residential lettings is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running!
An ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential but you must have a comprehensive understanding of the letting’s regulations and legislation.
The skills required for this LETTINGS CLIENT MANAGER (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lister
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Aldershot area is preferred
