Senior Development Manager required for a forward thinking, large scale residential led, mixed use developer. You shall be responsible for developing over 300 residential units and large commercial and retail space. The developer are based in central London and are building a reputation as one of the most exciting developers in the capital.

The company partner with investment managers and institutional funds to utilise their business model and deliver financially strong, long term projects and return investment while helping to increase the much needed housing shortage.

The Senior Development Manager would be responsible for the complete development process, post acquisition. In depth proven planning experience is required to ensure that the schemes are delivered smoothly and ensure the maximum return for their investment. Working closely with external consultants and local government bodies to ensure that the schemes are delivered to an exceptional standard and all parties get the return they require. The company are focused on delivering a quality product that is not simply functional but also pushing the boundaries as to what is possible and they want a Senior Development Manager who can use their personality and proven ability to lead them into the next phase of development.

  • Manage planning applications

  • Proven delivery ability

  • Exceptional understanding of front end development

  • Experience of delivering 300 + residential units on mixed use sites

  • Development experience on commercial units.

  • Educated to degree level and above.

  • 8-20 years of senior management experience

  • Quick thinker and motivator
