*Interim Senior Improvement Officer* required to support a project team within a London Local Authority.
£250 per/day. > 12 month contract> Immediate start!
The client has decided to bring a number of their FM and Property Management departments together under one division and as part of this change management program a project team is being assembled with the task of restructuring the teams to focus on delivering the outcomes of the division in the most effective and cost effective way possible for their stakeholders. This includes looking at existing contracts to ensure everything is running on time and budget and all contracts are managed collectively.
To deliver on this project they require a Senior Support Officer to assist the Consultant Project Manager in organising the internal movements of the project and act as a support in the overall transition. It requires a well organised individual with previous exposure to property management and/ or planned maintenance works to enable effective communication and ensure a streamlined operation. It's an interesting and challenging role in that it will involve exposure across a number of departments, with the core focus looking internally at the collective organisation to ensure and maximise time management, productivity and results.
