As one of the G15 Housing Providers, our client has an ambitious and varied development programme, making them one of the most active housing associations in Greater London. They are currently seeking a Senior Land Manager to join their team on an interim basis while they find the right person to undertake the role permanently.
The role of Senior Land Manager will involve leading on establishing and maintaining key relationships with Local Authorities, Agents, House Builders and other stakeholders. You will already have strong networks and will have the ability to manage relationships on the client's behalf to ensure that they get the best possible deal.
The focus of this role will be on complex Local Authority land - the Housing Association has lots of build to rent sites and are keen to embark on joint ventures and multiple partnership agreements. Your role as the Senior Land Manager will involve making up-front assumptions on the values and costs of where an offer might land, so the client can assess the viability of bidding for the business.
This is not a step-up opportunity - our client needs to be confident that the successful candidate will be able to deal with relevant stakeholders on their behalf. You will possess very strong financial modelling experience and proven experience of managing JVs, for either a Housing Association or Local Authority.
