Our client is a luxury developer based in Islington. They are an extremely reputable company and are looking for a Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator to assist them with selling some of their luxury schemes.
You will be working onsite within a beautiful marketing suit and will assist in selling New Homes to applicants. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Sales Process and have regular targets to adhere to. All properties will be sold off plan, therefore experience within this specific field would be desirable.
A competitive salary is on offer and consists of a basic salary with commission.
The role will involve:
- Selling off plan properties using brochures, floor plans, miniature models and the marketing suit
- Registering clients, assessing their requirements and offering excellent customer service at all times
- Working 5 days a week, this may include working over the weekend however you will be given two days off during the week
The ideal candidate will;
- Have a thorough understanding of the property market in this area
- Have extensive New Homes/property sales experience
- Have the ability to work towards sales targets
- Be able to work weekends
- Be exceptionally presentable
- Have good telephone manner
- Have a passion for property
- IT literate
