An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Executive to join a New developer who are launching their first site in North Kent early 2018.

The creative and innovative builder have huge plans and unique designs which will completely reinvent the New Homes Market, and the way people think about new homes.

The role would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Executive who's looking to take the next step to Senior with an aspiring and forward thinking company. The company is forecasted for huge growth in the coming years giving plenty of progression opportunities.

The Role

  • Meet and greet all customers on arrival to the marketing suite
  • Establish good customer relationships
  • Follow up and encourage on all potential sales leads
  • Assist with events and launches
  • Work closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
  • Research the market to provide clients with knowledge and information on developments in surrounding areas
  • Communicate with site managers and development team
  • Maintain regular contact with customers throughout process

The suitable candidate

  • Must have sales experience within the property industry
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Reasonable understanding of the "Help to Buy Scheme"
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Target driven
  • Desire to learn
