An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well presented and customer-service orientated Head Concierge to join a new high end development in one of London's finest neighbourhoods in the heart of London's West End.
As Head Concierge you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to the Concierge team combined with the highest level of customer care to all residents, employees and directors. You will work closely with the Day Head Concierge to ensure a seamless and collaborative transition between shifts and overseeing the monitoring of onsite security. You will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the development and build trusted relationships with all residents, team members and guests.
At least 5 years experience working at a managerial level in a customer service environment, preferably within a 5 star hotel or similar hospitality industry, liaising with HNW individuals.
Membership of Professional Association Clef's D'Or is also well sought.
SIA Licence/Security experience is desirable.

Strong command of the English language both written and verbal

Strong knowledge of the local area (West End)
Prior hotel or residential opening experience would be an advantage
