A multidisciplinary consultancy in London which offers Quantity Surveying and Project Management are searching for a 6 year plus PQE Project Manager with experience of Data Centres, retail and residential schemes with values above £10m
The role shall require you to report into the Associate Director and also run a number of projects independently and coordinating between the consultancy and client directly. The suitable MRICS Project Manager must have proven ability to deliver schemes across various sectors and be comfortable working to tight time lines and budgets.
Project Manager responsibilities:
Prepare scope of works, appoint documents, programmes and communicate strategy
Provide advice on procurement, contract (JCT) logistics, construction plans and particular conditions
Process and develop change control
Provide support to the Cost Management team
Delegate work and mentor junior members of the team
Manage clients throughout the entire process and post practical completion
You must have suitable client facing skills to demonstrate in depth Project Management knowledge and ensure that all clients are informed of any changes in law, time lines and budgets. You must be able to manage your own budgets and work effectively when required take on more responsibility and prioritise schemes. With the clients working across various sectors including Residential, retail, Data Centres and hotel developers.
