Our client, a multi-disciplinary cost and project management consultancy, with offices across the UK and abroad, is looking for accomplished (ideally MRICS) Project Managers to join their Hotel Team at their Central London HQ. Internationally recognised as pre-eminent in their field, they seek candidates with a good understanding of overseeing design and cost processes, as well as administering traditional contract administration duties throughout the entire project life-cycle.
This role represents an exceptional opportunity to join an established team which has already overseen the delivery of a number of London and the UK's most iconic hospitality projects. Duties will include planning, programming, site investigation and supervision, design management, contract administration, procurement, ensuring adherence to best practice and ultimately timely delivery within budgetary constraints, with a typical weighting in terms of site-based and office duties.
The role would be ideal for a Senior Project Manager looking to make the step up to Associate level.
The ideal candidate will:
o Hold a technical degree: architecture/quantity surveying/ engineering.
o Be MRICS accredited.
o Have a good understanding of cost and programme management.
o Possess a demonstrable familiarity with the full project life-cycle.
o Be experienced at managing contractors and working in tandem with members of the design and development team.
o Have a minimum of 6 years' experience.
