A private developer who have over £97m GDV pipeline in London require a Senior Project Manager to join their development team and build their residential and commercial schemes from the initial design phase through to sale. The most current development consist of the demolition of an existing commercial building and redevelopment of 10-13 residential apartments for private sale, GDV £32m.
Our client is a UHNWI who has a passion for development and is building a team of experts to ensure that all schemes are delivered on time and budget. With a combination of private and bank funding it is essential that the Senior Project Manager is capable of delivering schemes independently and oversee the external architects ,designers, planners and cost managers.
Senior Project Manager requirements:
Experience of working for a Developer and building multiple units simultaneously.
Strong understanding of planning, S73 and S106
Liaise between designers and party wall surveyors.
Experience of working and redeveloping Listed buildings in Central London.
In depth knowledge of JCT 2016 D&B contract.
Strong demolition experience within close proximity to party buildings.
An understanding of M&E

A basement dig down, four floors above to convert into a 6 bed house with swimming pool and gym. £8.5m
A warehouse conversion into 11 apartments and 1,000 sqft office GDV £28m, £10m construction cost.
