MRICS Project Manager for Central London based property consultancy
An experienced MRICS qualified Project Manager, ideally with a residential stroke commercial bias, is sought by one of the UK's most long-established and esteemed consultancies. Central London-based, this industry colossus has roots which run deep in the property sector and consequently offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most exciting, innovative and high-profile projects. This position would be ideally suited to an experienced and aspirational PM looking to make the step-up to a Senior PM role.

Take the lead on some of the UKs most ambitious projects: the role entails a mix of technical and professional competencies throughout the entire project life-cycle, from inception to completion.
Refine your expertise under the tutelage of the minds behind multi-award winning projects nationwide.
Appoint all contractors, manage the program of work and all elements of H&S, ensuring that initial feasibility reports translate to operating within budgetary and time constraints.
Experience a broad scope of Residential projects: everything from penthouses, to sprawling Country Estates to mixed-use, high-rise, inner city developments.
Undertake a combination of business development and overseeing design and on-site construction teams.

Deal directly with both upper management and high-profile clientele.
Exercise independence of thought and innovation, both of which are encouraged.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years PM experience in both Residential and Commercial Development.
Have a grounding in the following disciplines: Quantity/Building Surveying, Architecture or Engineering.
Have strong academics: minimum expectation of a 2:1 at undergrad level in a property/construction related degree.
Command exceptional technical nous as well as an aptitude for client-facing engagement.
Have experience of having headed up projects in excess of £10million.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and business acumen.
Be looking to work autonomously within a strong support network.
This role offers a salary of between £40,000 - £70,000 with an annual bonus and other excellent benefits.
