Our client is one of London's largest residential developers with a leading reputation within the industry. They are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to be based on a brand Scheme coming up in Kingston.
They are looking for this consultant to be based on-site within the Sales and Marketing suite on an outstanding development. It is in the lively town of Kingston and consists of stylish off-plan apartments, with fantastic communal amenities that are selling extremely well.
The ideal candidate will have come from working onsite for a different company and have a strong sales background and a keen interest in the residential development market. This role will provide the right candidate with fantastic experience and there is scope for amazing career progression within the company in the future.
- Selling off plan units from a Sales and Marketing suite
- Assisting customers around the show home, taking enquires and encouraging sales
- Working closely within a team to ensure targets are hit
- Researching the market to provide clients with up to date knowledge of the development and surrounding area
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Weekend work is required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Sales background, ideally within New Homes
- Be used to working to sales targets
- Be driven, hardworking and keen to work for a luxury developer
- Be extremely presentable and articulate
- Have good It skills inclusive of excel
