The successful candidate will come from a property background, ideally within New Homes Sales. Additional skills required are:
- Experience in driving and inspiring large and busy teams
- Minimum of 3 years experience within New Homes
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
- Track record of successful international exhibitions of off-plan sales
- Proficient business sense
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Appropriate IT, budget and report writing skills
Knowledge of the new homes industry, together with excellent managerial skills is essential to this success of this application.
