One of Canary Wharf's most venerated, creative and iconic residential developments requires a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the successful team on-site. Our Client is subsequently looking for a driven and innovative individual.

This exciting development is a landmark in the area as it fuses together community, technology and individuality.

The successful candidate will come from a property background, ideally within New Homes Sales. Additional skills required are:

  • Experience in driving and inspiring large and busy teams
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within New Homes
  • Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
  • Track record of successful international exhibitions of off-plan sales
  • Proficient business sense
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Appropriate IT, budget and report writing skills

Knowledge of the new homes industry, together with excellent managerial skills is essential to this success of this application.
