Senior Sales Negotiator - New Homes

I am currently seeking a highly capable Senior Sales Consultants to join a market-leader in Residential Development upon a busy and fast-selling scheme within London. This role will see you join a very successful and dynamic team within a standout sales and marketing suite.

The New Homes market is a very exciting facet of the property industry in general, and this opportunity allows you to join a luxury developer with the highest of standards in terms of new build specification and reputation.

In order to excel within this position, you must therefore have extensive knowledge of high-end property, and in particular the intricacies of London's new homes off-plan market.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a luxury sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
  • Weekend work is required

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards


  • circa £25,000 basic per annum
  • Circa £55,000+ OTE
