Senior Sales Negotiator - New Homes
I am actively seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join a leading Residential Developer on a fast paced luxury new development within the heart of London. This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and growing team within a high end Sales and Marketing Suite. Our client is renowned for having an excellent reputation.
In order to excel within this position, you must therefore have extensive knowledge of high-end property, and in particular the intricacies of London's new homes off-plan market.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a luxury sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Weekend work is required
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
- circa £26,000 basic per annum
- Circa £55,000+ OTE
