We are currently seeking stand-out Senior Sales Consultants to join a market-leader in residential development upon a busy and well-selling scheme in South West London. This role will see you join a very successful and dynamic team upon one of London's most historic sites.
The New Homes market is a very exciting facet of the property industry in general, and this opportunity allows you to join a forward-thinking developer with the highest of standards in terms of new build specification and reputation.
In order to excel within this position, you must therefore have extensive knowledge of high-end property, and in particular the intricacies of London's new homes off-plan market.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a luxury sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Weekend work is required
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
- circa £35,000 basic per annum
- Circa £60,000+ OTE
