Our client is one of the most successful and largest property companies in the world, covering all aspects of property across the globe as well as having a strong London presence. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator in their Canary Wharf office on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate will need at least 1-2 years' experience in Estate Agency as a Sales Negotiator, with a history of performing to a high level and exceeding company targets. The successful candidate will benefit from genuine progression as well as a platform to have incredibly high earning potential.
Duties will include:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants to required standard
- Managing own applicant base
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Generating new business and new clients
- Representing the brand to a high standard
- Maintaining strong relationships with applicants and existing clients
