Site Sales Negotiator - East London

We are actively working with a leading international property firm who are looking for a Site Sales Negotiator to be based on a huge regeneration scheme in East London. This is a fab opportunity for a sales negotiator to work on an extremely high volume selling site in East London and represent an award winning house builder. They are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record of securing property sales.

The Role:

  • Achieving regular sales targets and sell as many units as possible
  • Regular call outs to help drive sales
  • Excellent knowledge of the site and area
  • Knowledge of the status of each unit and liaising with purchases, solicitors, and the developer direct.
  • Mark research into the local area.
  • Following up on leads and visitors
  • Keep all sales files up to date
  • Keeping the marketing suite well presented at all times

The person:

  • Must have experience in either new homes sales or estate agency
  • Database experience
  • Excellent sales negotiation experience
  • Well presented, articulate and professional
  • Can do attitude
  • Excellent Word and Excel experience
