Team Assistant/Office Coordinator| 25-30K
Are you an experienced Team Assistant/Office Coordinator, seeking your next temp/contact role? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant/Office Coordinator to join a small Property firm based in Knightsbridge.
This is a maternity cover role for a period of 3-6 months (flexible). The ideal candidate will be articulate, proactive and have an accommodating nature. As this is a smaller organisation, you will have your fingers in many pies; PA, team support, coordinating the smooth running of the office, ad-hoc administrative tasks and reception.
This role could be available on a full-time or part-time basis (25-35 hours).
We are searching for someone who takes pride in their work, provides strong administrative support and is happy to assist wherever necessary. You must be tech-savvy and be comfortable with the MS Office Suite.
The role is to start ASAP (week commencing 20th Feb) and is paying 25-30K, dependant on experience.
