One of the UK's leading property consultancies is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Property Managers and to manage their Prime Central London portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company and to really progress your career in Central London.
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio and a team of Property Manager's ensuring that they are managing there portfolio's to the highest of standards. You will ensure that the Property Manager's undertake all aspects of Property Management including reactive and preventative management, health and safety and ensuring that all portfolios are compliant. You will also be involved with dealing with any escalations and handling complaints.
The role of the Team Leader:
Managing own portfolio and dealing with all maintenance issues and ensuring all properties are compliant
Managing Health & Safety
Arranging property visits and follow up on any works that are raised
Managing disbursement of deposits and dilapidation claims
Payment on all contractor invoices
Conduct monthly 1-2-1's, weekly catch ups and annual appraisals with the team
Provide support to the 3 Property Manager's you are managing
Support the Head of Property Management
The ideal Team Leader will be / have:
3 years' experience in a similar team leader role
At least 5 years Property Management experience
Experience of client management
Proactive and have successfully lead a team in the past
Salary and benefits:
This Team Leader role is paying up to £37,000 dependent on experience as well as a bonus and benefits on top.
