My client is one of London's largest housing associations, managing and owning over 90,000 homes throughout London and the Southeast. They are seeking an organised Administrator to join their Lettings team in the Private Rental Sector.
The job involves a variety of administrative duties including taking incoming telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, arranging and facilitating meetings, preparing and collating reports, minute taking, scanning, processing invoices and any other ad hoc duties.
The Successful candidate will assist the Lettings Team and perform tasks relating to the marketing and lettings of the portfolio of PRS properties. Including data input, marketing, managing leads, appraisals, mail outs, and maintaining property listings.
The candidate needs to have excellent IT skills, and must be comfortable using Microsoft packages. Must be able to work on your own initiative as well as with a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Based in Stratford, near both Maryland and Stratford stations. Full time (35 hours per week) this is an ongoing contract.
