Our client is boutique developer based in North West London. They are looking for an on site sales negotiator to be based at their exciting new site in Hackney launching in early 2017.The successful candidate will be available to start in late November to ensure all pre-launch snagging is done and any enquirers answered. The chosen candidate will be working on site alone, therefore must have proven on site sale experience and a sound knowledge of the East London property market.
The candidate's duties will include:
- To effectively manage a sales database to exceed sales opportunities
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet and greet potential buyers
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- Manage administrative duties
- Follow up on potential leads
- Weekly reporting
The ideal candidate will:
- Show initiative
- Have good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Have the ability to multitask
- Be highly polished and presentable
- Proven new homes sales experience
