Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant- Midhurst
Our client is one of the top developers within the UK, priding themselves on their ability to produce fantastic, modern builds, in prime locations. Our client was awarded the Best Small House-builder at WhatHouse and have continued to flourish within the property world, with multiple developments winning multiple awards across the country. You will be based within their marketing suite, on site, in Midhurst.
The individual they are looking for must have previous experience within the New Homes industry and have at least two year's experience within a face to face sales role. You must be willing to work weekends and bring your own energy and enthusiasm to their already thriving sales team. This is an ongoing Sales role and is very target driven, you will be there for the next 7-8 months, with a possibility to go permanent for the right candidate.
- Keeping on top of the uptake of the Marketing Suite and Show Home
- Be prepared to book in viewings and then show customers around the marketing suite, while providing a professional and thorough experience
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers to turn over sales
- Must have previous experience within New Homes
- Must have at least two year's experience within a face to face sales role
- Must be available to work weekends
- Good market knowledge, as well as a strong understanding of the geographical layout of the local area
