Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant - Central London

Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant is required by a leading, luxury developer in Central London. Our client is looking for someone with at least two years New Homes or property experience. As a New Homes Sales Consultant you will be based onsite. You will be selling apartments off plan from a marketing suite via a show apartment, a model and floor plans.

The Responsibilities of a Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant:

  • Management of the company's database to optimise sales opportunities
  • Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants
  • Assisting customers around the marketing suite, taking enquiries and encouraging sales
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office
  • Liaising with and selling to HNWs, investors and first time buyers
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

The ideal Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant:

  • Have 2 years property or New Homes experience
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be personable, well presented and friendly
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player
  • Be self-motivated, determined
  • Represent the developers brand to the highest of standards

Salary: £10.50 per hour
