Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant - Maidstone
One of the largest affordable housing developers are currently looking for a new home sales consultant within Maidstone. With a customer satisfaction rate of 85%, they are looking for someone who is sales strong, but also customer orientated. With most buyers being first time buyers, the sales progression procedure is key. Previous experience within the NH's industry is a must since you would be lone working. At the very least, previous experience within a sales role in property, with exposure to new homes.
- Answer incoming calls to book viewings, answer any queries about the development or local area
- Sell off-plan to first time buyers, investors and other customers
- Overseeing the daily routine of the marketing suite
- Taking customers around show homes as well as the marketing suite itself
- Staying on top of the presentation of the marketing suite.
- Previous experience within new homes, working onsite in a sales consultant role
- Previous experience within a sales role in the property industry
- Must be available to work weekends (Thursday to Monday role)
- Target driven environment
- An in-depth knowledge of the local area and the attractions within
