We are currently seeking 2 New Homes Sales Consultants to work for a well-established and award winning developer based in Kent, Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Whilst temping through Deverell Smith you will have the opportunity to work either full time or part time; ideally we want someone to start immediately. With the stunning scheme selling so quickly, you as a Sales Consultant could have the opportunity to relocate to various sites across Western Kent e.g. Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Maidstone.
Royal Tunbridge Wells is a beautiful and well sought-after location due to its history, architecture and fantastic transport links. As a temporary New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be required to sell apartments off plan from a marketing suite via a show apartment, a model and floor plan.
The role requires a proactive and charismatic Sales professional to work on-site. New Homes experience is preferred.
The Responsibilities of a temporary New Homes Sales Consultant:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting the sales team and generating leads
- Basic administrative duties
- Taking telephone enquiries
- Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard
- Updating the database when required
The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:
- Have New Homes or Property experience
- Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Have strong administration skills
- Be flexible to working weekends
- Be willing to work well as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
