Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator - East London

A luxury development in the hot spot of East London is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. The quirky new development is the second largest new build in London, situated in new and vibrant district the site offers premium residential and commercial units with stunning river and park views.

As a temporary Sales Negotiator you will be based on-site in a marketing suite, selling off plan apartments from a show apartment, off plan model and floor plan.

The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Negotiator:

  • Meeting and greeting HNW'S, investors and first time buyers
  • Taking telephone enquiries / generate leads and update the database
  • Assisting customers around the marketing suite
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

The ideal New Homes Sales Negotiator should:

  • Have experience withing New Homes, Property or Customer Service
  • Be personable, well presented
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be self-motivated, determined
  • Represent the developers brand to the highest of standards
