We are currently seeking reliable and consistent temporary New Homes Sales Consultants to work for a notorious and well respected developer based in Essex, Rainham. This is a temporary ongoing role where shared ownership experience is required.
This development is thriving within the area with high footfall and customer attraction. The scheme sells 1-2 bed apartments and stunning family homes. As a temporary Sales Consultant you will be required to sell apartments off plan from a marketing suite via a show apartment, a model and floor plan.
The Responsibilities of a temporary New Homes Sales Consultant:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting the sales team and generating leads
- Taking telephone enquiries
- Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard
- Updating the database when required
The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:
- Have New Homes and off plan sales experience through either a developer or agent
- Have shared ownership experience
- Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Flexible to working Weekends
- Be willing to work well as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
