We are currently seeking a super reliable, flexible and consistent New Homes temp Consultant to work for a well respected developer based in Essex, Chigwell. This is a temporary ongoing part-time role, ideal for New Homes Sales Consultant looking for more flexibility in their work life.
Our client is very busy and they require an extra pair of hands on-site This development is thriving within the area with high footfall and customer attraction. As a temporary Sales Consultant you will be required to sell apartments off plan from a marketing suite via a show apartment, a model and floor plan. New Homes experience is essential for the role as you will be expected to loan work.
The Responsibilities of a temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting the sales team and generating leads
- Taking telephone enquiries
- Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard
- Updating the database when required
The ideal New Homes Sales Negotiator should:
- Have New Homes and off plan sales experience through either a developer or agent
- Have shared ownership experience
- Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Flexible to working Weekends
- Be willing to work well as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
