A leading residential developer in the heart of South East London Is looking for an on site New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their sales team.The contemporary 22 storey tower is the centrepiece of one of London's most vibrant regeneration projects. Containing one, two and three bedroom apartments, the development offers current panoramic views of the London skyline and is situated in between the open spaces of Blackheath and Greenwich.
As a New Homes Sales Negotiator you will be working part of a team selling off plan apartments from a model, floor plan and show apartment.
The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Negotiator:
- Meeting and greeting HNW'S, investors and first time buyers
- Taking telephone enquiries and updating the system.
- Assisting customers around the marketing suite
- Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
The ideal New Homes Sales Negotiator should:
- Have property, New Homes, Sales, Customer Service or Cabin Crew experience
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Be personable, well presented
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be a great team player
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be self-motivated, determined
- Represent the developers brand to the highest of standards
