Do you struggle to get the motivation on a Monday morning to get into the office? Forgotten why you used to love your job?
I have a unique opportunity for a skilled Planner to join a growing consultancy in the West End. You will be working on a wide variety of development management work predominantly across the commercial, retail and residential sectors, with a focus on personal development and responsibility.
If you have at least 12 months' worth of experience, and are either nearing Chartership or have Qualified in the last year or two, my client may be interested in you. This role will suit someone who both enjoys getting involved in the day-to-day detailed planning work, as well as having client contact, with a view to building up a client base in due course.
You will need to have completed an RTPI accredited degree (or equivalent) and either experience within a London Borough, consultancy role or client-side. The role will be based within their London office but depending on workloads between offices, their work-sharing and team-focussed mentality mean you will get a good chance at working on schemes across the South East and nationally.
The company were established a number of years ago, and their client-centric nature has meant they have maintained, grown and diversified their portfolio and pipeline throughout the years. With other services in house, such as surveying, property management and valuations, you also would have the opportunity to complete your P&D RICS qualification if you have an accredited degree.
With at least one role due to growth, they are looking to interview as soon as possible. Even if you aren't sure if this role is right for you now - my client is not discriminating based on RTPI status uniquely, and are in fact keen to get involved and assist in someone's growth to submit, if you haven't Chartered already.
Sound like you? Please apply here, or give me (Kate) a call on 0203 056 6282 at any time. My client is looking to get the right person on board ASAP so please do contact me as soon as you can.
If you do not hear anything back within one week, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion, but I will retain your details for future roles.
