Trainee Lettings Administrator/Negotiator

Are you a friendly, approachable, confident and well spoken person with good administrative skills and would like to join a friendly and target driven agent. You will be giving full support to the already established administration team whilst having the training and opportunity to further your career to become a Lettings Negotiator.

Our clients are an Independent agent with offices located within the Essex and North Kent area and currently looking for someone with the above skills.

You must be of smart appearance, with an excellent telephone and flexible, can do attitude.

Duties required within the Lettings Administrators position:
* General office administration
* Answering telephones and dealing with relevant enquiries
* Preparation of property details
* Input client data into the database
* Updating company websites
* Filing, Photocopying etc
* Office diary Management
* Assisting with mail outs to clients
* Booking appointments
* Updating the window displays

Salary £16,000 – £18,000 (depending on experience)

* Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–18:00, Sat 08:30–17:00 with a day off in lieu
