We are looking for a recent Graduate who is looking to get into the New Homes market as a New Homes Sales Negotiator. The role would be based on-site in East London for an established residential developer in the sales and marketing suite.
The role requires a confident, self-starter who is eager to enter a sales environment with positivity and a strong work ethic.
The role of New Homes Sales negotiator will include
- Meeting and greeting potential buyers
- Developing skills and knowledge of the New Homes market
- Maintaining marketing suite presentation and admin duties
- Following up potential leads and close deals
- Confidence and ability to articulate well with all potential customers
- Develop an understanding of the market and needs of buyers
- Well presented
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- No previous property experience needed
