Role: Recruitment Consultant
Start date: August 7th (please note we have later start dates available)
Location: Central London
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 + uncapped commission. Year one OTE £35,000-£40,000

What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?
Initially you will be very candidate focused really building up your talent pool and sourcing the best candidates in the market. You will meet every candidate that you send out to our clients making sure you represent and fulfil their needs. As your role progresses you move towards business development and managing client requirements.
What skills are vital to become a Recruitment Consultant with us?
We believe resilience, confidence, competitive and driven individuals make the best recruiters. You will need to be able to thrive working towards targets and being in a sales environment. How does the recruitment process work with us?
We have a two stage process in which you will meet a huge array of people in our office. First stage is an informal meeting where you have a tour of our offices, watch a video on why to work for Deverell Smith and lastly meet lots of managers/consultants with vacancies in their team. After this stage, if we can see you joining the team we will invite you back for a second stage. This will be a more formal interview where you will meet a manger with a vacancy in their team. We turn things around really quickly so after this you will quickly know if you have an offer from us and if not you'll get detailed feedback.
