Our client is a highly established multi disciplined agency who are expanding their position in the market place.

Due to this they are looking to recruit a Valuations Manager to join this successful office.

The role:

  • Develop the brand with a key focus on lead generation and new business opportunities
  • Conduct valuations and list properties on the market
  • Produce property particulars
  • Generate valuation appointments
  • Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
  • Ensure customer expectations are being met

As the ideal candidate for the role you must have a proven track record in Estate Agency and either be a Valuer currently or a highly experienced Sales Negotiator looking for their next step in their career.

  • Proven track record in Estate Agency
  • Have drive and determination to succeed

  • Effective communication and articulate writing skills
  • Strong sales closure skills
  • Confident at driving new business opportunities
  • Organised individual with excellent admin skills
